BONNEL offers quality by using modern technologies and it can offer quick in-house solutions. BONNEL can guarantee flexible and rapid supplies to its customers. All BONNEL products go through 100% quality inspection.
Technical preparation of production
During the competitive stage/proposal phase we define exact production processes and individual production operations, including a parts catalogue of individual products and a production cost calculation. We manage adaptations during the product life cycle. We give incentives and recommendations on how to optimize your product design. These continuous improvements make our production process even more effective.
Assembly
At our assembly workplaces, we complete individual products and product sets. For our assembly staff there are quality hand-operated tools, such as branded, lightweight electrical screwdrivers with switching torque. These tools ensure, besides high-quality output, a high standard of work and health safety. Testing workplace and prototype manufacturing: Electrical tests are performed at workplaces equipped with the latest devices - digital multimeters, laboratory sources, oscilloscopes, counters, EMC spectrum analyzers and others. For mass production testing we develop and manufacture customized testers (testing devices) for in-circuit tests, firmware recording and complete functional testing. All BONNEL products undergo 100% quality inspection of manufactured electronics performed as a functional test.
SMT Production of Electronics
Electronics production (pick and place (new machines 2021)), Reflow soldering (new machine 2021), selective soldering, selective coating, SMT production (Surface-mount technology). Our top-of-the-range workplace for SMT mounting is configured and customized for BONNEL. The production line consists of a DEK stencil printer, two Hanwha pick and please machines in series and a HELLER reflow oven. For soldering we apply no-clean flux substances. Our specialized selective coating workplace allows us to protect PCBs that are exposed to harsh environment. The own coating line ensures flexibility when covering sudden peaks in the production and dispatch.
THT production (Through-hole-technology)
THT production is composed of manual workplaces for the assembly of THD (through-hole device) components and subsequent the most modern technology for selective THD soldering. BONNEL TECHNOLOGIE has a special workplace equipped with a selective soldering machine ERSA Ecoselect 1. This compact system enables flexible production of small and medium-sized batches. We ensure the high quality of our products by conducting the entire soldering process in a nitrogen atmosphere. A specialized workplace for PCB (Printed Circuit board) washing and painting is equipped with a highly efficient, automated machine Super SWASH II. PCB cleaning after SMT plays an essential role in guaranteeing reliability, electrical functions and lifetime of electronic products. Our specialized painting workplace ensures flexibility when covering sudden peaks in the production and dispatch. We perform selective painting and hand paint applications.
Prototype Manufacturing - Production of Mechanicals
Our mechanical workshop is specialized in machining, especially plastics and light metals. It is equipped with a CNC milling plotter, two CNC milling centers and an injection molding machine. Furthermore, we have 3D-Printers, a powder coating system and a foil printer. For cable harnessing we use a stripping and crimping machines and a cutting and stripping machines. Besides these high-tech appliances, we have conventional lathes, milling machines, fixtures and tools.
Contract manufacturing
Occasionally we realize high-quality and punctual contract manufacturing at favourable conditions (with or without material purchasing).
