Testing as part of our Quality Management
We have a strict process monitoring of all production parameters Additionally, we preform optical monitoring, In-circuit-testing, Function test, Product- and customer-specific inspection devices, Run-in (optional, if required), Endurance test (randomized) and Tracking.
Quality Management
BONNEL TECHNOLOGIE s.r.o. was for the first time certified in 2005 according to ISO 9001:2000 by DNV (back then DET NORSKE VERITAS). This gives evidence to the high standard of quality in an official way. Our ISO 9001 certification is successfully renewed every year. It shows our dedication to our quality management. The company has currently a valid certification according to ISO 9001:2015.
Elements of BONNELs Quality Management
Thanks to our company size, a close corporation between Research & Development and the Production Department (among others by Agile Project Management) is given. We focus on a consistent Supply Chain Management. Precise and significant technological documentation is a standard at BONNEL.
Environmental Protection
The management and all employees of BONNEL TECHNOLOGIE s.r.o. are fully aware of their responsibility for the environment. This responsibility is inseparable from all activities, from development to production, always in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations.
Our general principles
We respect and comply with legal environmental standards. We strive to minimise any impact our activities may have on the environment. We prioritize the use of production technologies, machinery and equipment, as well as manufacturing processes that minimise environmental impact. We create safe working conditions. We separate any waste generated at our workplaces and recycle it. We motivate our employees to use all resources sparingly, including energy. We define our goals in terms of protecting the environment and regularly monitor their fulfillment. We also expect and demand that our suppliers fulfill the statutory environmental standards
Our concrete measures
+ Development of products which minimize power consumption such as our Control Unit for WWTP BonBloc. + Installation of a Photovoltaic power plant (54kWp) and batteries (57kWh) connected to grid on our new production hall. + Longlifity of our products thanks to our Quality Management (less waste production)

Our Corporate Social Responsibility strategy enables young people from secondary schools to gain insights into the hi-tech world of electronics, to get a feeling for modern production technologies and to learn about BONNEL TECHNOLOGIE. During the trainings, summer jobs or when compiling a diploma work, they can improve their knowledge, communication and technical skills and much more.
