Requirements
- High school/university degree in a technical field, preferably electrical engineering
- Good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage
- Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year - purchasing, sales or logistics
- User knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook)
- Experience with any enterprise ERP is an advantage
Job description
- Communication with domestic and foreign suppliers and internal customers
- Searching for new suppliers and if necessary, manufacturers
- Responsibility for the continuous supply of production material
- Optimising price, delivery and payment terms
- Close cooperation with colleagues from other departments
- Covering the purchase of spare parts, services and equipment for all departments of the company
- Supplier evaluation and complaint handling
- Recording in the company ERP - supplier database, inquiries, orders, input invoices
