Job Description
Shipping Management
- Sourcing transportation companies
- Handling customs procedures
- Resolving issues during transport
- B2C Portfolio Management
- Pricing for B2C customers
- Communication with end customers (EN, CZ, ideally DE)
- Ensuring deliveries to end customers
Support in B2B Sales
- Management of framework agreements and call-offs
- Daily communication with corporate customers (EN, CZ, ideally DE)
- Order planning and forecasting
- Pricing based on production and material costs and the added
- value of individual products
Other activities
- Working in the HELIOS iNuvio enterprise ERP system
- Active participation in optimizing sales processes
Requirements
- High school or college degree in a technical or economic field
- Experience in a similar sales position at a manufacturing company
- Advanced knowledge of English
- German is a plus
- Very good computer skills (MS Office – especially Outlook and Excel)
- Proactive attitude, independence, ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
