Development & Construction Project Manager (m, f, d)
Are you well versed in development and technology, project management and can you lead people? Our development team needs you! We develop smart controllers in the environmental sector. We need a capable leader who can help to give direction to our development to keep up with industry trends and who can manage projects effectively.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the overall management of projects throughout the project cycle, including leading the project team
- Creating project documentation
- Planning and controlling the financial budget
- Creating timelines and controlling individual project milestones
- Risk management
- Communicating with customers or the marketing department, coordinating vendors and working closely with other company departments
- Supporting the sales department to create product offers
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, 2 years on application software or industrial product development projects (one or the other), Project Certificate is an advantage
- Knowledge of Project Management according to the PRINCE2 methodology is advantageously
- Experience in managing change requirements, risk and quality
- Experience in Agile Project Management is beneficial
- Organisational and technical mindset, ability to motivate team
- Flexibility, teamwork skills and ability to handle stressful situations
- Organizational and communicational skills
- AJ at a communicative level
- Languages: Czech and English required, German as an advantage
Embedded Systems Developer (m, f, d)

- Application development for new and existing products
- Creation of technical documentation

Requirements
- Ideally you can program embedded systems in C/C++ to a tee, but Python is also fine
- You are at least familiar with hobby development kits e.g. Arduino, Raspberry etc.
- CZECH you can speak passive English without any problems, and you can read technical documentation with your left back
- You are ready to listen and to develop your knowledge and skills
