CNC adjuster – programmer (m, f, d)
We are looking for a skilled, proactive associate to join our machine shop as a CNC Setter / Programmer.
Responsibilities
- Operating and adjusting the CNC milling centre (Haas, ISEL ... we will train you if necessary)
- Machining of parts of piece and small batch production mainly from plastics according to technical documentation
- Continuous measurement of parts
- Adjustment of corrections and machine tuning for series and small batch production
- Reading / ideally creating drawing documentation (CAD system, in our case Autodesk Fusion 365)
Requirements
- Experience with CNC machine setup
- Skill
- Diligence

- Responsibility and active attitude to work
- Willingness to continuously educate oneself
- Technical education (secondary vocational education with a certificate of education or full secondary vocational education with a high school diploma)
- Knowledge of reading drawings, ideally creating them in a CAD system

Programming and operation of modern production machines and equipment - this position is currently filled. But we are growing, and we have a job for skilled and motivated people. - CNC milling machine
- Automatic solder paste printing machine
- Setting machine
- Reflow soldering machine, machine for selective soldering in nitrogen atmosphere
- Automatic optical inspection machine
- Automatic circuit board painting machine
- Testing of development prototypes and products in series
- Building prototypes for development
Of course, we do not assume that all these activities can be learned in a week and mastered by one person.
Desired qualities and qualifications
- Reliability, diligence, responsibility
- Quick comprehension skills, ability and willingness to learn new things, a feel for technology, quality and manufacturing processes
- Apprenticeship or technical knowledge learned otherwise (e.g. technology as a hobby), experience is suitable but not a requirement
